Communication Between School and Parents
There is a requirement that schools have at least two contacts for every child.
We send out a pupil information sheet each September so that we can make sure that we have your most up to date email addresses and mobile numbers.
If you need to contact any teacher, including the Headteacher, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, who will forward your communication to the correct person.
When you drop your child off at school in the morning, at least one member of the teaching team from your child's phase will be available to speak to from 8.35am. Please do speak to the member of the teaching team or arrange a meeting with your child's class teacher if the item you wish to discuss requires a longer conversation.
Please be also mindful that school is a very busy place and sometimes we cannot respond to emails straight away. We do endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can.
